Wooden chairs found while exploring a circa 1896 building, which, at various times throughout its history, housed a bank, grocery store, and movie theater, along with a rumored invitation-only speakeasy during Prohibition. If only these chairs could speak! With that question in mind, I decided to create a "story" about them as a portrait and homage to furniture which faithfully served a purpose, all the while bearing witness to various points in history.
